Settings
SpringUp manages most of the technical settings for your Listmonk instance. You shouldn't normally need to change anything here. If something isn't working as expected, email support@springup.software rather than adjusting settings yourself.
This page covers the settings you may occasionally want to review.
General
Found under Settings → General.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Site name | The name shown in system emails (like confirmation emails) |
| From address | The default email address your campaigns come from |
| Logo URL | A link to your logo image — shown on the unsubscribe and opt-in pages your subscribers see |
Privacy settings
Found under Settings → Privacy. These control what your subscribers can do for themselves on the unsubscribe page.
| Setting | What it means |
|---|---|
| Allow blocklisting | Subscribers can permanently opt out of all your emails |
| Allow wipe | Subscribers can request that all their data is deleted |
| Allow export | Subscribers can download a copy of the data you hold on them |
These are switched off by default. If you need to comply with privacy laws (such as GDPR) that give people the right to delete or download their data, email support@springup.software to discuss your requirements.
SMTP (email sending)
SpringUp configures your outgoing email settings. If you ever need to change the address that emails come from, or if emails are not being delivered, contact support@springup.software.
Bounce handling
When an email can't be delivered (for example, because the address no longer exists), it "bounces." Listmonk can automatically mark those addresses so they don't get emailed again. This is configured by SpringUp — contact us if you'd like it enabled.
