Getting Started

Logging in

Open your Listmonk URL and sign in with the username and password provided by SpringUp. If you have lost your login details, email support@springup.software and we'll reset them for you.

What you'll see after logging in

The dashboard gives you a quick summary at a glance:

  • Subscribers — how many contacts are on your lists
  • Lists — how many email lists you have set up
  • Campaigns — a summary of your recent email sends

The menu on the left takes you to every section of the app.

Your first steps

If you're setting up for the first time, here's the order we recommend:

1. Create a list Go to Lists and click New list. Give it a name like "Newsletter" or "Customers". This is the group you'll send emails to.

2. Add your contacts Go to Subscribers to add people to your list. You can add them one at a time, or upload a spreadsheet with many contacts at once.

3. Set up an email design Go to Templates to pick or customise how your emails look — the header, footer, colours, and layout. SpringUp can set this up for you if you'd prefer.

4. Send a test email When you create your first campaign, use Send a test before sending to everyone. This sends the email to just you so you can check it looks right.
